Personally performed more than 12000 full, fee paid professional Home Inspections since 1972.
Qualified and testified as an Expert Witness in numerous workmanship and construction defect cases.
Helped develop Relocation and Residential Inspection services for US Inspect between 1994 and 2009. US Inspect is the largest privately owned Inspection company in the country. The company has performed more than 2 million inspection (2008 figures).
Consultation Services: Construction Consultations, Plan and site reviews, Cost analysis and estimating, Construction defect evaluation and costs to correct. Residential and light Commercial.
Provided hundreds of Educational Seminars to the Real Estate community.
Registered Instructor for Temple University RE division. 30 hour Construction Course and various training courses as needed. 2002 to present.
Provided numerous National and Local Seminars on residential systems. Systems and subjects covered: Heating systems (Forced air, water and steam boilers), AC and Heat pump systems (conventional and Geo-thermal), Electrical Systems, Plumbing systems, Structural systems (evaluation of cracks, their causes and solutions), Exterior surfaces (incl. synthetic and conventional stucco), Water intrusion cause and correction, Roofing systems (sloped and flat systems), Environmental issues,
Chimneys and vent systems, Marketing.
Member in good standing with the American Society of Home Inspectors (Charter member since 1976) and National Association of Home Inspectors (Certified Residential Inspector).
