Melvin Esh, the business owner, does all of the inspections. He started the business in 1990 and has completed over 4,000 home inspections in the Philadelphia Area. Prior to that, he worked as a construction manager at various agencies for 9 years, and was a carpenter for 2 years. He has a B.S. in Business Administrative and continues to take construction related continuing education courses. He has been a Member of American Society of Home Inspectors ASHI #6963 since 1994. He has the credentials to do inspections in Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, #5087457 and New Jersey, #24G100025400. He is also a member of the Better Business Bureau (www.easternpa.bbb.org)
